1. Engagement & Instruction Terms
By instructing H Zone Tracing to carry out a trace, verification, credit enquiry or document collection, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Services are only provided for lawful purposes, such as legal proceedings, debt recovery, asset tracing, estate administration, and legitimate compliance screening.
2. Proof of Authority and Verification of Mandate
Certain services require appropriate consent or legal authority. The instructing party warrants that it possesses the requisite standing and lawful mandate to request the information. Requests may be refused or paused if authority cannot be established to our reasonable satisfaction.
3. Nature of Results and Third-Party Dependencies
Results depend on the accuracy and availability of third-party records from public registries, government bodies, consumer credit bureaus, and external archives. We do not make unsupported claims or guarantees that every trace will yield active contact details or positive findings.
4. Fees, Quotes and Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to written confirmation before commencement of work. Retainer clients receive 10 standard traces per month; premium services (including criminal record checks, AFIS services, and Zimbabwean licence verifications) are charged separately.
5. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Standard trace turnaround typically spans 24 to 48 hours during regular business days.
6. Protection of Personal Information
Personal information must be processed and stored appropriately. Both H Zone Tracing and the instructing client agree to treat all search outputs as strictly confidential and in strict compliance with South African privacy laws.
