Retainer Inclusions:
- 10 standard traces per month (ID trace, easy trace, or address trace)
- No instruction fee on any included traces
- WhatsApp and telephone support for attorneys and legal secretaries
- 24 to 48-hour turnaround on standard traces
- Priority service for retainer clients
- A detailed summary report with every completed trace
- Unused monthly trace credits expire at the end of the month
Excluded Premium Services:
Premium services are charged separately and do not form part of the 10 included traces. These include criminal checks, AFIS services, Zimbabwean licence verification, visa and work permit verification, and property valuations.
Note: The retainer provides 10 standard traces per month and does not provide unlimited traces. Additional standard traces can be requested at preferential retainer rates.
